On Sundays we spend the entire day meal prepping for the rest of the week. Chopping up vegetables for future dinners, cooking full meals and making easy to pack snacks. Cooking one pan meals has been a game changer when it comes to our Sunday meal prep sessions.
This meal has been one of my favorites for years. Cabbage plus balsamic vinegar equals the best combination ever. It also only takes about 40 minutes from start to finish. One simple thing that makes it go so fast is using precooked sausages. My favorite sausage is Aidells Chicken & Apple Smoked Chicken Sausage. It has a great list of ingredient which is paleo and whole30 approved. When I look for sausage I try to find it with no-added sugar. These chicken sausages also have great flavor and mesh perfectly with the cabbage and balsamic vinegar.
